Disclaimer

Twirlbox Marketing (hereby known as TBM) will engage services and subscription with a client (hereby known as Member) for the purpose of classified advertisement placement. 

TBM will advertise according to the package or membership subscription.

TBM will provide daily analysis of advertisements status.

After Member remits payment and is cleared, TBM will create and structure campaign within two (2) business days.

TBM will count the 1st day of campaigning when the Members advertisement is ready to go that day.

TBM will not provide sales pitch or creative content. This must be provided by the Member.

TBM is not responsible for Member sales and conversions. This solely relies upon the Members sales capability and product or service medium.

Subscription Payments

Automatic billing for weekly renewal will be initiated at the start of Membership.  If a member wishes to cancel their subscription, a 7 day notice must be given via email only. 

If a Member remits payment for a month subscription, automatic billing renewal will occur on a monthly basis until cancellation.
